We had a very bad experience as there is a huge board displayed saying $1 coffee available. Pulled over from highway to grab few and the staff at the counter was very rude and when asked told us coffee is $3 and we don’t sell $1 coffee. We did buy that and it just tasted horrible and was so cold. Please train your staff so that they know how to talk politely to customers. And also if possible change your board saying we only sell $3 machine coffee so that people don’t have to waste their time while on long tiring drives.

I would like to suggest that the staff receive some form of diversity/inclusion training as the staff member who served my coworker and I, morning of 19/10/22, made us both feel very uncomfortable after some comments made about the customers she served before us. I don’t believe the staff meant any harm at all but it would benefit the whole community for all customers to be treated politely and not talked about behind their backs.

Would give less stars if possible simply because the $3 coffee tastes like a cup full of dirt rather then coffee, honestly, do yourself a favour, do not under any circumstances buy coffee from this place. Think of the worst coffee imaginable then multiply that horrible taste by infinity and you might come close to how bad the coffee is.And yes I'm being generous calling it coffeeYesSeriouslyThe coffee is the worst I have had ever, anywhere, at any point.Save your $3 and find somewhere else to get a coffee from

The woman running the place needs to work on her customer service skills. Park my car and immediately get told to move on because it's not an area for plane spotters. I'm not there for that, just wanted to grab a drink and something to eat. Not a problem, happy to take my business elsewhere.

The no toilets is because there is only ONE toilet in the whole building which the staff was able to share with the customers before Covid, so how can anyone complain when management is keeping their staff safe from Covid. The petrol prices, food and service is outstanding, they don’t deserve 1 star just because of the toilet.

Servos have come a long way recently. Lots of food options, great location on the way home from the granite belt. It can get busy at times meaning sometimes there's a wait for food.

Stopped to buy a drink and was chatting to a mate outside when one of the staff came out and told us to leave as we were blocking customer car parks. After just buying a $5.80 soft drink and observing about 10 empty car parks I thought I'd be entitled to more than 3 minutes parking time.
