I had my second appointment with Andre today and could not be happier with the results. From the first time I met Andre I instantly trusted his professional, transparent approach. I had an laser hair removal appointment at the Paddington location and arrived 2 minutes late. The woman at the reception was on the phone and no one else was there to attend. After a few minutes of waiting a woman with a shaved head came out and told me they were closing soon and could not perform my laser treatment. I argued that no one was there to assist me when I arrived but she still refused to do the service. Had there been someone ready when I arrived, there would have been time to do the treatment, as it takes less then 5 minutes. I don’t think appointments should be available so close to closing if the staff cannot even accommodate for for a few minutes and was very disappointed with the customer service.

I had a fantastic service, team extremely friendly, the cosmetic nurse Andre was not only there to make me look stunning but he knew what would actually be the best treatment for my face and make it happen in a super fun friendly environment.
