Property Manager: Joelle ExonJoelle is an exceptional property manager. I have worked closely with her with tenanting our property, where she had our best interests as landlords met. Joelle has been prompt in getting back to me, responding to all calls and emails in a timely manner, and bee very obliging with requests for the property and/or contact tenants. She is competent, thorough and easy to talk to. Joelle has successfully chased lost rent and damages from previous tenants, thoroughly inspecting the property and ensuring compensation is sought for any losses. She is willing to take actions further where required. As landlords, we couldn't recommend her more!
