We have had a great experience securing a rental with Jane Daddo. She has been very responsive and helpful. Our application was a little unusual as we were trying to find a rental in Australia while still living in the United states. We were returning to Australia during Covid19 restrictions so our timing was a little uncertain due to flight restrictions.Jane was very friendly and flexible with our time zone differences and inability to physically view the property and attend checking off the conditions report. She very graciously helped us have rental furniture installed while we were stuck in hotel quarantine so we could transition our family into a somewhat normal living situation once we finally arrive at our new residence.She has been fast to respond to any questions we have had and genuinely shows interest in how we are settling in. We have very much appreciated the personal interactions in such a socially distant time. We hope this sets the standard for the rest of out rental journey.Thanks Jane.
