They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. They didn’t like the way the bin was filled. I am a 56yo female and I live on my own. They expected me to remove the concrete out of the bin to their expectations. They were told that it would be dealt with and to come back another day once sorted. But even though they were 3 days late picking up bin, they 'needed' the bin that day. So they dumped the old concrete slabs on my brand new concrete driveway & then drove off. So it cost me $300 for nothing......Response to Owner- I was never asked to do anything. As I stated in my review, I am a 56yo female and live on my own. How the hell was I going to remove those big concrete slabs on my own. That's why you were asked to leave the bin and it would be dealt with. But you decided to deal with it and dump it on my new driveway.You apologising for the inconvenience you caused me is an utter lie. If you were truly sorry you would have refunded my money or refunded at least $200 out of the $300 but you haven't.
