My son was in a makeup lesson, he had slipped off the step and started drowning while his teacher was looking in his direction only a couple of steps away and didn't even notice it took me and my husband banging on the bloody window screaming to get his attention to notice what was happening right in front of his eyes, the teacher wasn't focused or paying attention to anyone in his group it was like he was in his own world, for safety reasons there should not be an inclosed area where we have to wait and watch,

My daughter who is almost three started here and at first was hard, she was scared and the teacher kept changing so we were not making much progress. One teacher was not very understanding of her fears, was going to pull her out but now she has had a consistent teacher, and is starting to warm up to the water.. slowly. The pool is small and it gets crowded but we continue here due to location.

I take my 1 year old daughter here for swimming every week and she's learnt so much from the teachers and even made some friends! I recommend this place for babies to learn to swim!

We'd been to Bexley Centre and is a wonderful place, and booked sessions at Casula in advance expecting the same without visiting. Totally disappointed with the setup, My home pool is bigger than theirs, only good for kids under 5, which they should have mentioned upfront. And very pricey too. Kids can't spend any extra time at pool after session which is very very important for them to practice what they learnStaff and reception are great, but they can't help with poor setup which was envisioned by people who didn't know how to design a pool.Cancelling the enrolment, wasted some hard earned money

The staff are great and very helpful. My younger child, 3 years old was quite scared for the first couple of weeks, but they were quite nurturing towards her, and now she loves going there. The only downfall for me for this place is the size of the swimming lanes. It's ok for very young children but for my 10 year old its quite small. I'd say its about 4 metres in length which is quite tiny. I would rather pay a bit more but have a full length swim lane for my older child. So, for a younger child/toddler, I recommend, but for older kids, I don't recommend.

Staff are very friendly and encouraging. Have moved my daughter from another swim school to here and she has said she prefers her swim teachers at BlueFit. They are always positive and encourage my daughter to try her best each visit.My daughter has severe Asthma and swimming does help with her breathing, our GP recommended that she does swimming to help with building her lung capacity, she often gets tired very quickly due to her Asthma but staff here are wonderful and patient with her and am thankful and greatful to have people like this helping my daughter learn a life skill.Highly recommend BlueFit Swimming Casula.

I have had a very positive experience here. My daughter was behind on her swimming skills due to the pandemic. She wouldn't even get into the water without help from the teacher. We have been swimming here for 3 months and she is now doing duck dives confidently. I am really happy with how she has progressed here at Bluefit Casula. I love that the centre is purpose-built for swimming lessons, convenient showers and change rooms and the waiting area is air-conditioned! The staff, especially Jo and Amber and Manaia have been fantastic!

Had witnessed two accidents at the newly opened casual centre. First accident involved was 3 year old kid. Poor layout of the kids underwater bench with no support caused this accident. There is only one instructor to teach 4 little aged kids. The instructor was late to notice kid falling off the bench as she was busy with one of the four kids. This was reported three weeks ago but staff came back with a standard reply that action will be taken. Witnessed second similar accident this week. Staff just asked the parent to provide feedback. Avoid this place at all cost. Will be reporting this to govt authorities as the operators are irresponsible and have no regard for children safety
