Shed Bonanza

Bought my shed here a few weeks ago. The process was straight forward and easy. The staff were excellent and the guy that delivered it was really helpful. We erected it ourselves but everything we needed was professionally labeled and instructions easy to follow. Great shed. Very happy with it and would highly recommend this company.

A lot of delays and excuses, as well very hesitant to respond to queries related to the quote cost and quality of components, yet very keen to get us to sign our contract and pay our deposit. Some pressure sales techniques around price rises as well that are done in a way that they are helping you but you can see it is a tactic to get the contract signed quicker. We had the feeling we were being deceived and we didn't feel comfortable continuing with them. We didn't trust the sales person. If it was a $500 shed it probably wouldn't matter so much but our shed installed was going to cost around $30k and whilst Shed Bonanza may have ended up giving us a good shed the ride was far too bumpy for us to be comfortable taking the chance with them. We ended up going with another shed company and they have been the complete opposite and a pleasure to deal with. Much more transparent, quick to action on queries, provided a detailed quote with the 'actual' quality of components and the cost in the end has actually worked out quite a bit cheaper. My advice is just be careful and get some assurance on the price and quality of the product before you choose your shed company. Our experience with Shed Bonanza was not a positive one but it may have just been the sales person we had.

We had three small custom sized sheds made and installed. Josh in Bayswater was a pleasure to deal with when ordering the sheds. He knew the products and sizes and gave accurate advice to meet our needs. Brandon in Derrimut was helpful when we viewed the quality of the product and offered some great solutions to our limited space. The installer was friendly but very dirty, on the first walk through he wiped his feet and asked if that was OK, I then left him to bring in the rest of the units. He didn't wipe his feet each time upon entry and trailed mud throughout my apartment buildings common areas resulting in a $350.00 fee to steam clean the carpet. The sheds are great, installation had a very costly outcome

I Bought a large shed off shed bonanza all I say is read the fine print and compare what your getting from another supplier as it may seem the same but its not even closemy roller doors blew in twice pulling the hinges of at the same time doing a lot of damage and there response was call the insuranceafter doing some research from other suppliers better roller doors should of been supplied but shed bonanza didn't want to know about the problem as they subbie the roller doors outits now going to cost over 24k to get the problem fixedi had to make bars across the doors to stop them blowing in and doing further damage (have a look at the photos attached )until the insurance sorts it outdon't pay them in full until you see what your getting
