Real estate agents are not usually the best to deal with, but Andrew and his team were incredible, he did our rental for years and sold the property recently for us. Deserves 6 Stars.

I've been a tenant with First National Newtown, a family-run real estate, for some time. I live in a building they own and they've been nothing short of efficient, professional, flexible, friendly, approachable, welcoming and empathetic. They're very quick to fix any maintenance issues that arise in the units or around the premises, and allowed me to have a cat when recovering from a major illness. Stamo, Andrew and Eva have set the bar when it comes to timely management and the efficient handling of any issues to the point I'd find it hard to be with any other real estate.

AVOID AT ALL COST - they are the reason we left the apartment.From the start, there was always lack of communication and whenever we brought up any slight concerns or questions, we wouldn't hear back from our agent. Often we had to call them just to make sure they read our email. And when we did have an issue, they did as little as possible. For example, we had a reoccurring mould issue in the apartment and they took no responsibility and were going to CHARGE US just to get someone to look at it.They are rude - on the phone we have been cut off and talked over many times. For example, when we left, I was yelled out for not returning the keys to the office and threaten to pay additional rent because whoever answered the phone had no idea we were leaving. As soon as i had the opportunity to speak, i explained that we left the keys in the apartment as requested by my direct agent. So obviously they do not communicate amongst themselves within the office.Icing on the cake - when we did finally leave, they were going to charge us for a small chip on the kitchen bench, which we claim was already there. First National said that the landlord requested that they take the payment from our bond money. After speaking to legal aid, we were advised that bond money belongs to tenants and the agent nor the landlord can simply 'take it' without an agreement. Therefore they lied to us to pressured us to pay for damage even when they could not prove it was caused by us.They were also going to charge us an additional cost for an end of lease clean. To get out of there quickly, we agreed to use their cleaners so we could just leave. I was then called up the next day, and received an off-the-record" offer from one of the ladies in the office who suggested she go and clean the apartment for $100 which we could pay in cash. She specifically said not to tell anyone else in the office. Anything for a quick buck!!!Funnily enough

Highly recommend this team , Stamo was great , friendly , empathetic , and going out of her way to help when she didn’t really have to.It seemed my dealings with this team to be a positive one , if your doing the right thing , there will be no problems guaranteed .Thanks guys for all your help and information
