The response from James when raised “There are plenty of agents who will offer you a cheap fee just to try and win your business and it may look like you are saving money with the cheapest agent but this can affect your profit when you sell. Their main focus is just getting you listed and selling it at any price not the best price. The difference in s the audacity to ge costs. You fail to mention that we continued to communicate. You’re another vulture in the system where there’s family law involved. You expected we’d be so desperate to sell with your indecent offer -eastern subs market must have really dropped in 2019 est 1.9m to your only offer of 1.45m. Eastern suburbs is a small community and your behaviour is noted. I hope this serves other families who are going through family law and wish to stay away from real estates who look to do the basics, charge premium and return minimal

Do not rent your investment properties with this agency. We have been loyal tenant for six year and the two times we required the agency's assistance, it was radio silence. As tenant's we were constantly chasing the agency to respond and not they are provided us with false information on our bond return and we are still owed money.Take your business elsewhere because RW Double Bay are hopeless!Rent through RW Potts Point, much friendlier, responsive and they care.The dissatisfaction has nothing to do with COVID, it is around the lack of communication provided by R&W
