Not only am I in a wheelchair but also have chronic pain issues.So a few months ago I decided to use them to re-pierce my nipples, I’ve had them done twice before by other people and you know They made me feel so relaxed and so at easy, they were the best I’ve ever had, no infections, no after care issues at all. Hardly any pain, in fact I’m going back tomorrow for another Pierced

They are a lovely welcoming place very kind and caring would recommend going to them

Customer service is ok, could be a lot better if staff were a little more forth coming with information

No issues at all. The staff were great and looked after my wee girl who was getting her ears pierced. She left with a smile and a lollipop. :D

Place is tidy and clean, although the piercing material is not good for skin. Surgical steel shouldn’t be used with fresh or healed piercings. Gotten my lip pierced here and I was given a way way too short bar that made it swell more because of how tight it was, only had it for 2 days before I had to take it out and get it re done with a much longer bar. Overall they are alright but could have a better and safer selection of jewellery and better knowledge of anatomy

Waited 45 minutes in line to be told not going to do any more piercing since it's 15mins till closing time.Would of been professional to be informed when walking in and not having to waste 45 minutes of my time! Not impressed at all!

Service was great. Fantastic advice, nice and relaxed approach, while still being outstandingly professional.Was visiting from out of town. Would absolutely return here for further piercings.

I came here with my friend today as she wanted a tongue piercing. We got in quick and got the piercing almost immediately however the piercer (black and blonde hair lady) didn’t go over any aftercare, what to eat for the next few weeks etc and ball has just fallen out 5 hours after piercing… Aftercare would’ve been good to know.

Had a couple piercings done by here. Never again. In all honestly the only good thing about here is the service and prices. They are really lovely. But I dont believe they have had the proper training needed. My family have had piercings done here and everytime there is an issue due to its placement. I went and got my labret done hoping that it would go well. When putting placement it was correct however when they went to pierce it I asked if they could use clamps as I knew that helped not only with pain but also with placement. I was told no because the piercer didnt like using them and they were annoying. I should've got up and left then. When she proceeded to do the piercing not only was it wonky because of the lack of clamps she used the wrong size bar which ment there was no room left for swelling. I asked her about this and she said no it will be fine. I have larger lips and so of course it was not and I had to go back the next day in extreme pain due to the fact the bar was too short and had begun cutting into the inside of my lip. Also due to no clamps being used and it being wonky it ment the edge of the bar inside my mouth was rubbing on my teeth and I now have a permanent indent on my teeth from it rubbing have since taken it out and it has begun to heal.This was a few months ago but having heard recent things from friends I decided to write a review. I have since found a new amazing piercer to go to in Napier.Please listen when the customer is requesting something.They are lovely but lovely doesnt fix my tooth and its sensitivity that it created.
