First time discussed with Yuvi, I feel she is very friendly & honest. Different from other property agents.Yuvi didn’t told me over market value let me use her iPan Realty. She told me the currentactually market price, for my personal reason I don’t want waste too much time to sale my unit,immediately I signed the contract let Yuvi help me to sale my property !OMG ! Unbelievable for her high work efficiency only use 2 weeks Yuvi sold my unit !I & my husband is so happy because we can start our old couple retirement new plans !Here I want to say thank you very much to Yuvi

Juan was an excellent realtor who was professional at all points of our rental application for our apartment. The inspection of the property was made easy through Juan's professional demeanour as he guided us through all parts of the apartment. The process of completing the application was smooth due to clear communication of required documents and emails made with IPAN was quick and efficient. Within a matter of days we were able to be move into the apartment with no issues at all. We were very happy with the approachable manner that Juan represented this unit and interacted with us at every step of the process.
