I engaged Mark to design a roof for our existing verandah last year, and what should have been a short and straightforward process was complicated by various lockdowns, supply and labour shortages driven by the pandemic. However Mark was constantly in communication with me to keep me up-to-date, and made the entire process appear seamless. The end result was a high quality roof that looks magnificent and everything that I asked for. Mark was professional throughout all our interactions, and willing to change his plans when I changed my mind. I would not hesitate to call on Mark again for future projects.

Working with Joe and the team has been unlike any previous experience we have had in building and refurbishing property. From the start Joe explained clearly what to expect, what it would cost and how long it would take. Communication was excellent and he stayed true to his word. Advice was always given thoughtfully with consideration for personal needs as well as commercial. I had mark bennett work on designs and plans for my extensions on my house to go from a 3 bed to a 4 bed with en-suite and I have been pleasantly surprised with everything he has done for me from different ideas , designs, permits, the expertise and knowledge of what can and can’t be done. Thank you so much for everything. Now I can stay in my home with our three kids and not have to move.

We had a great experience with Mark. He looked after all aspects of the drafting process, and navigated the dreaded Council Approvals process on our behalf which meant we had none of the headaches everyone fears when taking plans to Council. He was super helpful, quick to turn things around, and a great sounding board for all of our initial ideas. Highly recommended.
