I placed an order with Gillian, and when I received my new mattress it was softer than anticipated. I phoned Gillian and she was wonderful.When I slept on the new mattress I woke with a sore back.Gillian has replaced this with what I require.Truly wonderful service, can highly recommend.Thank you so much.

I had visited many stores in one day trying to find a mattress for my daughter. Until I walked into BedShed, no one had been helpful. Gillian knew exactly what to recommend and did not try to upsell just for the sake of it. She found me the perfect mattress within my budget. Above and beyond advice too on how to protect the mattress with little ones! Thank you Gillian for all your help. I am so glad I tried one more store!

Our family has bought a number of mattresses and bedroom furniture from Bedshed North Lakes over the years, and we continue to return to the store when we need a new item. The customer service is always great. Recently Gillian assisted us with an online order we had made. She was always lovely to speak with, and sorted everything out in a timely and professional manner.

This was the first store I looked at for a new bed. They have a very good range of beds to suite all budgets and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The staff are very friendly and eager to help you should you not know exactly what you are looking for as was the case with me. I left the store very happy with the service I received and would recommend shopping there to anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

Bedshed North Lakes has been awesome, got our bed at an awesome price and the staff serving us were very helpful but not pushy.Gillian from Bedshed North Lakes then assisted us with getting out bed delivered out of Town. She did this very quickly and at a very reasonable price, and was excellent at communicating with us by phone and email about what was happening with our product. Gillian was super friendly and bubbly to speak to on the phone. Would highly recommend Bedshed North Lakes.

Fantastic customer service and knowledge. Gillian (apologies if spelling is wrong) was super friendly and helped us find the perfect mattress. First time buying a new mattress (which is not an easy decision to make) and she made it very easy, thank you again!

We recently had to buy a new mattress at the last minute due to a toddler incident… I called ahead and checked stock and delivery times and Gillian at Bedshed North Lakes was lovely and helpful and locked in a delivery time for the following day, provided I came in and purchased the mattress before COB. If she hadn’t have done this for us, we wouldn’t have got it for at least 3-5days.In store Sue-Ann patiently took me around and explained the features and prices of each mattress while I laid on each one well over 2-3 times. She was very knowledgeable and kind and not forceful in the slightest. It was a really relaxed experience. We got a great price, checkout was easy, delivery was efficient and we are so happy with our new mattress-having the best sleep without feeling each others movement. Highly recommend Bedshed north lakes based on customer service and quality of the products! If I could give more stars for the box of chocolates they also gave me, I would.
