I had a cast on and I couldn't reach the top shelf, so I asked for assistance with a young bloke called Jordan. He stood there patiently and helped me pick which products I wanted. Great job champ.

Appalling service.Was unable to locate an item around 04:30PM on 7th Dec. Asked this middle aged gentleman for the whereabouts of the item. Was told an aisle number. When I was unable to locate the item, I showed the same gentleman the photo of the item from Coles website. He looked at me said we don't have it".After spending half an hour around the store

The customer service here is great, even though sometimes the cashiers look at you weird when you have a bunch of groceries, the prices and service here is great. There is a selection of products and pretty good snacks. Overall I would say this particular Coles is a nice place.

Good store and well stocked though just the service desk operator waa open. Entrance to store is hidden to the side where you can't see until close to the registers.

I use this coles regularly. Unfortunately it is always short of trolleys.Do not use click and Collect. It’s hopeless very slow and the parking bays are always full with normal shoppers.

Been shopping here for over 30 years but never again. I usually have a gold coin in the car for a trolley but this morning it wasn't there. Asked lady at the service desk if I could get a trolley as I only had my credit card. She tried to cash out $1 for me but they can't do a cash advance on a credit card. Then she said I needed to buy a trolley token which I was happy to do. She then advised that because it's deemed a cash advance she couldn't do it with my credit card. She said she couldn't scan the token so I was unable to do my weekly shop without a trolley. I said it wasn't good customer service. Her reply? I only work here!" Told her I would go to Woolworths for my shopping.Thankyou Woolies for the friendly service and use of your trolley."
