Big thumbs up to Subaru Indooroopilly . They definitely go the extra mile. Terry really looked after us with our Outback purchase last year in Dec. Just attended the AUTOMALLWEST grand opening and again Indooroopilly Subaru looked after us like family. Store Manager even gifted us an Outback flask we wanted to buy and looked after our girls with gifts Great PR guys keep it up !!!

Great dealership, Brad and his team were fantastic and accommodating. They were able to provide regular updates on our vehicle and got it delivered pretty quickly. Communication was very very easy. Emails were responded to promptly and we popped in for a few visits while doing our usual weekly shopping at the centre. I'd buy from here again. Also worth noting we have a 4 month old son and taking breaks in conversations, contracts and the likes were no issue when he needed a feed or rock.Was a no pressure environment and my wife loved how the whole family was involved and cared for in the process.

A brilliant team of people especially Jèan and Jordan. Made the whole process so easy, valued my trade-in in 15 minutes, took time to explain the paperwork, shared their incredible knowledge of the vehicle and company, and went above and beyond to source me one of the last few Impreza’s in the country. Within 3 weeks of walking into the showroom, I drove away with my beautiful new car! I couldn’t be happier.

I bought a Subaru Forester in November this year and took it back for its 1 month service in December. The customer service from (first) Emma, then Elizabeth and finally Jordan was great. The service department was also professional and efficient and they even gave my car a clean! Love my Subaru and the ease of doing business-thanks to all!!!!RegardsMitch

I was surprised by how much friction there was in the process of doing the purchase. Really would have expected payment, registration to have been smoother. Surprised that questions about the car weren’t known. If I hadn’t needed a car as urgently, I would have walked away.However they were able to source a car in 2 weeks and other dealers and makes were in the months, so comparatively good.Automall, when you know how to access it from the first ramp after the Moggill rd flyover, is quite convenient. Many exotic brands are also available, but beyond my price range.

Jordan Lee and Dominic Tamburin (test drive) and all the Indooroopilly team we’re excellent. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient while we asked many questions. They truly lived up to the wonderful standard that we have come to appreciate from Subaru from when we bought our Outback in 2017.
