Just wanted to make a shout out to Nikki who I believe is a manager of the store. She went out of her way to ensure a major issue we had yesterday was resolved and because of her efforts of going above and beyond we are certain that the matter will be dealt with appropriately. Staff are on their phones especially in the evening, sell food after their best before date and don't offer 'Halal' variety meat like other coles.

I shop here regularly always recommend over woolworths today while I was loading my shopping on to the check out I was approached and abused by one of your male employees over me asking if they had any nappies in stock out the back. He did this infront of other customers and my 20 month old daughter. When the manager came up he took off and she basically tried to brush me off. I will be taking this further and I'm disgusted this is how I was treated infront of my own child and the embrassment of it all.

My partner n I shopped for the first time at Coles Flagstone, Wow wat a fantastic place to shop friendly staff easy to find stuff n we only went in for one item n came out with heaps of specials....Will recommend this to friends and family
