Lucky I checked reviews. Was about to make a purchase which at face value seemed like a good price but no chance after reading reviews. Been burnt before so will always refer to the opinions of the people. Thanks Google. Sellers like this should not be allowed to trade online. Its the little things that retain customers, like good old customer service, clearly none of that going on here

Saw a recent negative (and seemingly unwarranted) review and felt compelled to rebutt!I used Ziptac almost exclusively for ALL of my outdoor and hunting requirements.Not only has the owner's personal service been outstanding, but the prices are fantastic and the turn around time from order to delivery has been exceptional.From what I can tell, this is a 1-2 person operation, in a very competitive market, and the customer experience I've had has been WELL ABOVE outstanding!I have and will continue to recommend Ziptac for all my outdoor needs!I gave 5 stars because that was the maximum allowed, deserves heaps moreKeep up the great work team!!!

great customer service. rang them to confirm that i would receive the items before i left for an overseas trip. spoke directly to the owner and he delivered on his promise to get the whole order to me by the end of what was a short week. would definitely support again

I've shopped a few times with Ziptac and I have found the product range and prices are competitive. These guys stock a good range of Exotac products and I can't say enough good things about them. Cheers guys

I ordered 2 separate items and paid for separate parcels and they decided to combine the 2 separate orders and keep the extra postage . I asked them to refund one lot of postage but they said sorry it's our policy to combine to minimise our footprint. In other words it's our policy to increase profit . BEWARE OF THEIR POLICIES. I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

Sending me harassing emails over a year after buying something from them. Gave me attitude when I called them about it. They obviously have no clue what marketing material conset means or how to obtain it from customers. Very unprofessional company.
