Really poor customer service, super rude and hurt me a few times without an apology.I had to also ask if they saw i was pregnant when i was being pulled forward to meet their distance. They said yes.The staff seem very unhappy to be there.Their quality if work is also dreadful.Last time with these awful women.

Amazing service, great staff! I’ve been coming to this business for the last few years and have never been disappointed. Mia does the most amazing silk lashes that last and look amazing. SNS is brilliant and natural looking. I highly recommend Debeautilash nail bar, I’ve never left disappointed

I had issues with my shellac nail polish literally coming off on the day I got my nails done. I went in the next day and they were understanding, that sometimes these things happen and fixed it immediately. My nails lasted than for two weeks, and looked great. I was so happy with their customer service. The man who also removed my nail polish was lovely. Thanks to the team and business.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, however have recently noticed the quality of service slipping. Today was the final straw. A simple SnS removal / application (not even manicure) took 1 hour and 45 mins - despite there only being a couple of customers in the salon. An older lady (who clearly wasn’t a nail technician) attempted to remove the old SnS using the completely wrong technique (no drill to remove product - just a few careless buffs with a nail file). I could have done it better myself. This process alone took 45mins after being completely redone by another technician. I was clearly frustrated and expressed my disappointment at the end of the service. Nothing was done to rectify the situation - I still paid full price. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Walked in to get a mani and pedi done. Had a design in mind and I'd been into every single salon on Darling Street and all said they couldn't do it, so I wasn't expecting it to happen. These girls however, pulled through last minute and did a fabulous job! Got the design exactly how I wanted it, perfectly timed for the Lunar New Year! Thank you!!

I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years, and I have to say that this is the worst nail job I have ever received. While the nail technicians were not intentionally mean or rude, they were simply not skilled at their craft.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I have been to this nail salon in Balmain many times and had a good pedicureBut on 26/05/2023 on a very quiet afternoon I had a pedicure before a trip overseas and has the WORST pedicure everThe girl clearly didn’t want to be thereSheDid none of the usual pedicure procedureJust a hurried nail cuticle trim next to no soak , or any other procedure then the quickest pain everI paid full price and told them then that it was a terrible pedicureThey didn’t even apologize .Needless to say I will never return

After too many bad experiences at de beautilash, I have been forced to write this review. Its a shame because this place used to be so good.. my go to over the past several years, which is why I kept on giving them chances after chances.Not only had the customer service been terrible.. their actual work has deteriorate so much that I have had to leave with actual wounds and injuries (mostly bleeding cuticles due to rushed job). This was the last straw though.. the worst underarm waxing job that has now left me with raw skinned flesh and it is painful beyond words. The wax “technician” repeatedly pulled the strip on one spot even after being told not to. I am so disappointed and even beyond the pain know that this will leave a mark for ages.Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.

Really upsetting to leave this review because all the ladies are usually very nice and the nails are amazing however this time when I went in I was not happy. I explained what i wanted and seemed to get something completely different. The extra acrylic was left under my nails, the nails were wonky and not even, and she did not listen when i told her politely to adjust the shape. I asked for two feature nails and only got one. Again, I love this place usually but was upset to have payed 75$ for basic nails that were done poorly :(
