Fast and friendly service. Read a couple other reviews beforehand, but I didn’t have any issues getting some alterations and dry cleaning done. Prices were cheaper than my other local dry cleaners

Proficient service and great prices and deals. I was very impressed with the new owner after previous experiences. I was really happy with my wedding dress and my husband's suit this time. They are so efficient and professional. I will definitely come back! Thank you very much Angela and Lidia.

Excellent quality work with reasonable time frames and good price, you can tell they care about their work.

Tried for the first & last time because: I had dropped off some items to be dry cleaned then my wife picked up the dry cleaning only a day or two after the nominated date that it would be READY (it was not stipulated that it had to picked up on the exact date it was ready) and she was then scolded (in front of our toddler daughter in a pram) for not picking it up on the exact day that it was ready. We've never experienced this with any other dry cleaner in 15 years. It was stressful, bizarre, rude, unprofessional and unwarranted. If the proprietor(s) doesn't have good customer service then probably not appropriate to be on front desk.

Vic. 3084 For Damage To My Curtains.I sent my curtain to the above Heidelberg Dry Cleaners to be dry cleaned on 30th. January 2023 and paid in advance the fee of $150.00. It is a good quality custom-made curtain which I purchased from “Dollar Curtain and Blinds” for $1,037.14.I collected the dry-cleaned curtain on the afternoon of Saturday 4th. February 2023 at about 2.50 P.M. Upon unwrapping the curtain at my house within the next half hour, I discovered that the curtain had been damaged while in the hands Heidelberg Dry Cleaners. I immediately took the curtain back to them to complain and claim appropriate restitution. That was about 3.45 P.M. also on the 4th. February 2023.Heidelberg Dry Cleaners refused to accept liability and went on to state that my curtain was of poor quality and I was trying to defraud them. In the ensuing altercation and threat against me, I phoned the Police Office and consequently, Police Officer Martin Kirk Heidelberg Police 94508000 was briefed on the matter. In the end, Heidelberg Dry Cleaners did admit with great reluctance that they could have burnt the curtain in the process. I then told them that I’ll get a quote from “Curtain Repair” for professional restoration and they must agree to pay the bill. The response from Heidelberg Dry Cleaners was that I needed to sue them in court for that.The owner questioned me: if you went to the hospital and could not be healed, would you have trouble with doctors or the hospital?I told her that her assumption was invalid as you are the business. Also said a person like me to call the police is wasting taxpayer’s money.In the end, I paid $470 for restoration and $150 for their unqualified service. I total lost $620 for it and my curtain was $1,037.14.If you were the customer, what would you feel?

My wife and I live in Viewbank and have had a lot of dealings with Heidelberg Dry Cleaners for over 24 years. I can't fault the work of the current owners/managers - Lydia and Angela. They are both very conscientious and professional - and genuinely pleasant. They have dry-cleaned our curtains, donnas, blankets, as well as my suits, shirts and my wife's and mother-in-law's clothes. Lydia and Angela have always cautioned us if they cannot guarantee to be able to remove a stain, but in almost all cases they have been successful. And if there is a problem, they will point it out when we pick up the garment or whatever it is we left with them. We trust them to do the best job a dry cleaner can possibly do, and we have never been disappointed.

Recommended by one of my friends, l popped into the shop with my garments. I was treated with broad smiles by two lovely ladies. All my garments were well cleaned and pressed ,in particulat my silk pants.i am very impressed by their excellent service. I will go to their shop in the future.Charlie

I have been using this dry cleaner for 18 months after moving into the area for work purposes. I have found them to be very professional and courteous with each visit. Their work is very good. They have taken care of every item i take in. The results are fantastic. Forgot to mention their honesty. I left a substantial amount of money in a pocket which i thought was lost. My surprise and gratitude when i arrived to collect my clothes and the envelope containing the money. A great business with fantastic service and results.

I recently visited this store but my experience did not match the positive reviews I read online. I had my curtains dry cleaned at Heidelberg Dry Cleaners, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After ruin my curtains, Heidelberg Dry Cleaners refused to accept liability and accused me of trying to defraud them. Especially after being assured of their professional and qualified services before the payment was made.This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability on their part.If this store is truly as good as the positive comments suggest, the owner should take responsibility for this issue. However, they have done nothing with no apologies and no compensation. Kindly remind you that making false comments or promises can harm your store's reputation and credibility, not only with me, but with other potential customers as well.Truly not recommend for this store, horrible experience!
