Dr Ritu and the wonderful nursing staff have always been accommodating and welcoming, whether it has been an emergency, a booked appointment, or showing up without an appointment. Dr Ritu has been one of the few vets I have been to where they have actually asked the owner what our concerns are, and they have always explained things clearly to us.

Dr Ritu Sood is a fantastic vet. I've been taking my Malamute Sasha to her and she is extremly thorough, caring and has all the time in the world for the patient. Ritu's team are also very sweet, they took good care of my baby during her routine surgery. Highly recommend Dr Ritu and this vet practice to anybody!

The last 18 months we have always taken our Cavalier here. Absolutely lively people and so very helpful. I think the lady’s name is Rita or close to that she is a brilliant vet her diagnosis was always spot on I would highly recommend them.Michaela and Goran

I am very happy with the care my fur-baby receives from Dr Ritu. She is wonderful. She is great at explaining the situation. All the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend her.

My 6.5month old baby boy had gastro. I took him to seven hills vet as it was the closest to me. I cannot fault this team. They were polite, caring and so gentle with my boy. He had to stay over 24hrs and the price was very reasonable. I will now be going here as our regular vet.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful 16 y/o Mollie in early Feb 2023, and S/H Vet were open on a Sunday, and we were very grateful for Dr Ritu's compassion and care at this extremely difficult time. Our son has his own new baby Tyson now, andDr Ritu is unquestionably his Vet. Thank you for being here :)

In our opinion, Rita is definitely a knowledgable, compassionate and caring vet. We brought our cat Oscar in to get a second opinion on what was the cause of Oscar's infected paw, unlike the other vet we went to, Dr Rita diagnosed the medical mystery" before confirming it with a scan. Worst ever. They didn't treat my cat properly the first time I took her there because she was attacked. She had a bite wound they cleaned it and gave antibiotics but there was still a lump there which I was monitoring because I though it was just swollen from the wound but no! Days later uts getting much worseWhen I took her back they got my details wrong and then the vet decided I was lying and the cat had been attacked ar or bit againAlso the way the vet handled my was Grose she is 13 and was being grabbed by the scuff of the neck so hard he tongue came out! So then the lady vet decided my cat was aggressive so now they charging me 600 dollars to clean wound that they missed in the first place.... shocking to say the least . I will never go back here.... ever

We have found the staff and the vet to be amazing. Our puppy had been a few times, and she has never grown weary or hesitant of going in, always happy, and she is treated so well.
