Highly recommend the team at Hot Dog. My chihuahua Mia always comes out looking gorgeous and absolutely loves going for her groom. They always do a great job with her hygiene clip and trim around the face. I have always had a great experience and would definitely recommend. They were also extremely caring when she was unwell at the vet next door. Very happy - Thank you!!

They were wonderful with Pearl, the first timer. She looks great and all the knots are gone and she isnt stressed. Would recommend to anyone with a cat that needs grooming

What an amazing service from the team.From needing to ring the door bell to make sure all animals are settled inside to the sharing their knowledge to make sure that your pet is getting the right cut and treatment.Liz and the team took amazing care of our long hair cat and we couldn't been happier with the result.If you have a pet that enjoys a day at the groomers, you won't be disappointed with the team at Hot Dog Cool Cat!!

Had to change groomers as the one we had been going to since he was a pup changed hands. SO HAPPY with the service we received. They were super friendly knowledgeable and listened to what l wanted. We l picked my boy up he was happily playing. I am so happy with his cut and that he seemed very chilled, will definitely be coming back. Thanks Mel and Steph.

Super impressed with the team here, always welcoming and friendly and I love that they dedicate a day just for cats.The team are experts in their work and genuinely care about each pet that comes in. They are also fun and give you their full attention even with a full house of clients"I've never had surprises with the cost and everything is clearly explained at drop off. I particularly appreciate how they double check the style of cut to do and offer options to minimize ick getting stuck under the tail between visitsParking can be tricky

Always do a thorough job grooming our doggo-he’s a rescue & is anxious & bites! But they respect his idiosyncrasies (give him praise & treats!!!) & he’s always loved up & happy when we pick him up & more importantly-he’s happy to go back !
