Charming Dancewear

It's great to have such a convenient dancewear shop where I can get my kids dancing clothes, skirts,stocking, dance shoes and everything else they need for their dance class or perfromances, also with reasonable price. The shop is on the second floor, the staff upstairs is very helpful evrytime i reached there. I alwasy go there to get the dancewears, once I went home and tried it on for my child, it didn't fit, and they gave me a refund. Highly recommended.

The website is incorrect,-the trading hours are wrong-misleading information-no stock of shoes to try on-shoes have to be paid for then the supplier will ship to store-if the shoes are wrong they will send back to the supplier and so onTHIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Bunch of scammers! Purchased a piece of clothing from online shop and confirmed order next day. However following week received an email that the item is no longer in stock and has to be shipped from overseas and will take at least 2 weeks! Finally after 3 weeks of waiting, nothing received and emailed. Finally received item week later but wrong size!! Wasted my time waiting for 4 weeks for an incorrect item! Seller Sandra replied to send the item back with tracking for refund and item was sent but more than a week of receiving it, still refusing to refund! Have to pay out of my own pocket for the refund for sending me some cheap item made in China with no proper size on the clothing as everything in CHINESE!! However as I paid by paypal and had to open a dispute to get my rightfully owned money back and Sandra had the nerve to claim she did not receive the item even when AUS POST clearly shows it was delivered to the business address!! What a bunch of liars and scammers!!! Is this how you run a business by scamming others? BTW Sandra Situ is the owner and she even left a 5* review for herself to scam people in thinking its a legitimate business! STAY AWAY from this shop! Will be reporting to authorities!!
