I often have been to QCC to purchase some restaurant products from there.Mostly I could say the staffs are friendly and try to help customers find the products they are wanting.However, I have got disappointed with the customer services as the older man who works there showed rude manners and he responded to my questions very disrespectfully. My experience there was very unpleasant.I wouldn't recommend QCC.

The staff is trying hard to help, somehow this is the first time we buy things from them, and we get disappointed, ordered an item on the beginning of December to be delivered, we rang up on the 14th, been told it's in the system will resent to us on Monday, and until the Christmas is almost finished we still haven't got it, staff told us it's gone and only thing they can do is refund or reorder it. We like to support local and buy local, somehow this just force us to buy from eBay maybe will waste less of time.

An abundance of well priced, great hospitality grade kitchen ware, for cooking, cooking with and serving. The staff were all very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I bought myself a great long handled wok from here (cheaper than one from Robin's Kitchen) and it works beautifully!

It was my first time to visit the store and most of the staffs were friendly except the lady who were on the register.Just right after the payment we noticed one of the item we bought wasn’t we wanted as there was wrong price tag under the item and I know it’s partly my fault I didn’t check properly. However we asked her can we exchange the item, she didn’t look happy with it because she kept repeating how the refunds are complicated and emphasizing it makes only $5 different with a lot paper.I wanted to leave one star but rest of others were nice to us.
