Best accommodation we have used in a long time. Very clean and modern. Excellent reception services. After hours instructionsgreat with allocated parking. Great area with excellent restaurants and cafes all on walking distance.

The finish and appointments in the apartment are excellent. Very modern. From appliances to the bedding everything's been thoughtfully chosen. Don't worry that it's on a main road, it's quiet. They have the heaviest triple glazed windows which keeps out all the noise.The team at the front desk was super helpful and attentive. Always available to provide directions or advice on what to do and see in Melbourne. Ready to assist at a moments notice if you need something in the room.It's been a week since we left and we can't stop talking about how great our stay was. Thank you Caroline Team.

Apartment was very clean, went with family very comfortable, customer service excellent and professional they were able to provide us with access prior to arrival. Highly recommended for families and friends. Location was perfect close to beach, kids loved the pool and spa. Thank you so much.

Would NOT recommend. If you need any assistance there is no one at the front desk 24 hrs. When my heater wasn’t working because the filters were blocked I called the after hours number and no one picked up. I froze all night, and had to wear my coat to bed. The next morning they weren’t accommodating, empathetic or helpful at all and I was promised that the manger would reach out but still haven’t heard and it’s been 2 weeks.

Very good location and excellent unit. Easy tram ride to CBD on route 70. Parking available.Need to be very careful where you park when checking in due to tow away zone at certain times and mix of parking meters, permit parking or just timed parking. Need to read specific sign for where you park. Fortunately check in staff had warned us of the strict street parking.

Absolutely loved my room at this property. I opted for a studio as I was traveling alone. It contained a clever kitchen area including a dishwasher drawer. A capacious wardrobe, beautifully comfortable king bed with lovely crisp sheets. The bathroom was stylish and well equipped. The bedroom opened onto a closed in outdoor room which could be opened on an additional open air balcony.The room was wonderfully quiet and exceptionally comfortable! Highly highly recommended.

Most apartment operators open the gate for you from reception to facilitate check-in. Despite having that control they refused me in until had checked in and paid. Had to back out onto busy Swan St and park illegally to go and check in. The 2 bedroom apartment is very small and most apartments front onto busy Swan St so it is a noisy location. Despite paying almost $400 a night for 5 nights apparently you get a single towel change and no room tidy up or linen change. So much for advertising yourself as a “Serviced Apartment”.The apartments are located some distance from cafes and eateriesDistinctly overpriced and underwhelming.

Loved our stay here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which was absolutely beautiful. Very modern decor, a lovely terrace to look out onto the street and very spacious rooms. The hotel is in a great location in Richmond and close to tram stops and the East Richmond train station. Staff were very helpful when we needed to arrange an after hours check-in due to a flight delay, and to to store our luggage after check out so that we could enjoy our last day in Melbourne before heading to the airport.
