Shelves stocked well didn't have to wait long in queue new lines in store if you love camping a heap of camping products and has Afterpay in store. Had to add to my review what's happening to the trolleys everytime I go there no trolleys I ask the lady who checks bags she just said I know really you know there is no trolleys or you just don't care and the trolley bay is filthy so is where you sanitise your hands overflowing with filthy wipes and other rubbish when I brought it to a staff members attentions she just said where I showed her and she just grinned and said ok but but after doing my shopping still no trolleys and filthy sanitiser Bay not a great look K Mart manager and again trolley bay filthy today same as hand sanitiser and trolleys in front of fire escape

Once bitten, twice shy. Management of this particular Kmart store needs to review their throughput policy. Kmart came up with the grand idea to move checkouts to centre of store, then reduced staff and introduced self serve checkouts. The resulting queues from this brainiac" idea were and still are ridiculous. You would think that would be enough but on my arrival at the store today the queue to get out of the store was beyond ridiculous! Not only do you wait in a long queue to purchase

Kmart anko product defect, with one pair much bigger than the other, from the same package. Only 5 dollars and not worth 30 mins of driving, while the coldness of the young lady manager at the service desk made the situation worse. She expressed no single word on the product defect, which triggered me to insist showing her the product defect before I left, although she turned out to be not caring. You need warm people dealing with customers, at least at service desk.

Had an issue with bolts missing from an item we purchased, but Hayley and Donna were very apologetic and helpful even though the problem wasn't their fault.

Absolutely disgusted and heartbroken over how we were treated by the unprofessional staff at the checkout tonight. You should be ashamed of yourselves as humans.My two year old fell on his face and was bleeding from his lip while the security stood around and watched him crying. I ran to checkout and bought bottle of water worth $3. My baby was crying and in a panic I forgot to print my receipt. When we went to pay for the remaining items (maybe worth $100) the staff at checkout asked if I had paid for the water. To this I said yes . Another staff member came up to the checkout and started asking for proof that we had bought the water. She was extremely impolite and discriminatory towards us. I showed her my bank transaction and NOBODY had the decency to apologise.I will definitely never return to this place and neither will any of my family and friends.

Great store with (as do most KMarts) everything you need & more...lol fiiiinally got on the Airfryer Bandwagon...HAPPY AS with my (2 day old) purchase! This store's SUUUUUPER handy to entrance/exits near the Purple car park area!

Staff here are lovely and helpful, great range of products at reasonable prices. Only issue here is there is never enough actual humans at the checkout, 99% of the time it is self serve machines and those things should have never been invented. Bring back the staff and personal checkout service.
