We hired James at Albion Kitchen to install our IKEA kitchen. He gave us the best price among others and had a good profile including his previous work and many good reviews. So everything went well as expected. He finished the job on time and with high quality. He even found solutions to problems that seemed unsolvable to others. (Like the hood that didn't fit inside the cabinets and we couldn't return it, he found a solution for it the next day and installed it). He pays attention to details and makes sure to finish the job in the best way possible. And he is responsive each time you contact him. We definitely recommend him.

In short - hire James you will not be disappointed! James at Albion Kitchens was by far the easiest trade to deal with in our entire home renovation project. Leading up to the work, he was available for many phone calls and emails back and forth providing his expertise from years of cabinet installing. He was always prompt, professional and friendly during these interactions which helped us build a repour before we even met. These pieces of information proved invaluable and reflecting on them now, completely improved our kitchen to what it is now. Once it was time to install he was; on time, worked full days (rather than 'traide time') and his workmanship was precise. He did not have an easy job, with unlevel floors and walls that were not square, but he took his time to get it right using countless pieces of equipment (such as laser levels) to get it right. Any challenges that came up he dealt with calmly and professionally. He took time to consider multiple suggested solutions and consulted with us as clients the whole way through. This is where his experience was most valued. James quoted fairly and did not charge for fixing minor issues as they arose. Finally, a small yet important detail. He respected our home. He did not blare loud music or take calls on loud speaker (like most other trades often do). He worked around other trades professionally, using headphones to 'get in the zone'. He was available for us anytime we had a question about the works. Most importantly he felt like a guest in our home rather than someone who we couldn't wait to get rid of.
