Awful service. I came in a few days ago to ask about some packages and even though I was the only person in the store the staff were incredibly rude answering in one word sentences and wouldn't make eye contact. On the way out I thought maybe I had come in after they had closed but their sign was still out so I can't imagine that's any excuse. I was actually blown away by how inhospitable they were, I can't imagine being in an industry where your whole occupation surrounds making people feel good and being that incredibly short, uninterested, and overtly rude.

Wonderful place! Had my first facial with Karen 1 mth ago n it was wonderful, as Im 76 yrs old she made me feel very specialHad my second facial, eyebrows, lashes done with Maddy, this week and it was exceptional. Feel absolutely fantastic, love this place- great girls. Will be back.

Extremely disappointing customer service here. A gift voucher I purchased for Mother's day was taken home by a staff member instead of being posted. The owner was unapologetic and rude.A very unorganized business with poor communication skills.
