I’d like to express my thanks to Andre and the current team at Barry Plant Docklands for their assistance regarding our rental.Thank god it’s not the previous property manager who always ignored my emails and things wasn’t look good at all during my tenancy. I have been living in that apartment with a broken dish washer and a wobbly shower screen door due to water damage.Our current property manager Andre was really helpful, attentive and made the process of moving out a little more stress free. Huge thanks for going above and beyond!Highly recommended if you guys are with Andre and his team !

I recently had a very good experience with Barry Plant Docklands property manager Andre Chin. I called him after hours but he was patient enough to answer all my queries even after work hours. he provided me all the required details regarding vacating the property.I have been renting through Barry Plant for almost 3 years now and will be vacating the property soon. I am very pleased with the overall service Barry Plant has provided, especially during the COVID times. They had excellent safety measures in place e.g. remote inspections. All my dealings with the Barry plant staff has been very pleasant. Thanks Team.

I engaged Steven Heaven from Barry Plant to manage my property almost a year ago, and have had nothing but good experiences throughout this process. Steven is a very friendly, genuine and calm person, which certainly isn't the case with my previous experiences with other agents, and everyone I've dealt with from his team has felt trustworthy and like they are looking out for my best interests. When I needed help recovering my bond and extra rent payments after moving out, Andre quickly contacted the RTBA, resulting in a speedy resolution and the money being returned to me within a few days. Additionally, he went above and beyond by forwarding important mail that was mistakenly delivered to my old address.
