Shopped there today for some clothes for my mother who is currently unwell but has always bought her clothes there and has spoken highly of the store and service in the past. Was helped by Tracey and she could not have been more helpful with us today. It was Wonderful Customer Service. Highly Recommend This Store To All.

the lady that works in there is very friendly and helpful and happy, but the shop is so bissy the lady is run off her feet, it is not good that she has to work on her own, it is about time they have someone else working with her, in case something goes wrong, the days we have been in there it was very bissy, on a Sunday one staff member

Extremely unhelpful shop assistant Tammy, asked if she would mind trying on a cardigan I wanted to buy for a friend who is not my size but apparently that request made her uncomfortable ". I will never shop there agsin"

At least now they have some clothes up to size 26 they have always been a smaller make it would be good of all their range went to this size and the t shirts need to be longer when u r bigger u need the shirt to come down over your butt.

Quite helpful, nice shop attendant Hayley.Millers is very reasonably priced.Got what I came for (zip up jacket).Only downside is that it's only open until 6pm on Thursday nights.

If you MUST shop at this particular MILLERS store, it is worth knowing that 'the customer is always wrong!' - as far as the shop management here is concerned. Granted - the part-time helper didn't know how to operate the till (especially for something 'complicated' like clothes' returns) and the manager was busy hustling in prospective customers for the SALE of the day. However, this is no excuse for downright rude, aggressive and dishonest interactions with customers. I would go so far as to say my experience in that shop was one of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere.
