Eastern Solar Cleaning and Maintenance

I was unfortunate to use this company for a fault in my solar system not generating power, they informed me it was a fault with the fuse in the switch board, changed the fuse and left the property, however there was no power at all switched back on. Upon switching on the main switch at the switchboard there was a loud bang and the fuses were all out, urgently calling the company to return they came back to rectify the problem, NOT TELLING ME WHAT HAD HAPPENED, when the power got turned back on my solar battery was now not working and was told to contact the office as the electrician on site had no knowledge of batteries. I called the manager only to be told it was not their problem as SOLAR BATTERIES are not part of a SOLAR SYSTEM and they refused to look into the problem. I then contacted the battery manufacturer and they inspected the batteries and said they had been damaged and had to be replaced at my expense. Over $5000,00 later my system is now working again.I WILL NEVER RECOMEND EASTERN SOLAR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE TO ANYBODY

Beau was on time and very polite; he and his offsider did a nice and thorough cleaning and testing of my solar system and battery. Supplied a comprehensive report and fixed a few minor things as well. Great service would highly recommend.

Eastern Solar was professional, conscientious and clear in all communications. Adam fielded my many questions patiently and helpfully. Beau and his team arrived on time and did a beautiful job cleaning the panels. They found a potentially risky fault in the original installation and corrected it on the day, and spotted a broken tile letting in water. Their report included a list of items checked with details as needed, and photos demonstrating what had been done (including position of the broken tiles). Based on what I saw today I would strongly recommend Eastern Solar and this team. To me it is worth hiring qualified and certified technicians to ensure a good outcome.Thanks!

Daniel arrived on time as planned. He provided a complete survey of system and offered advice on its operation. This advice had not previously been provided by original installer. Information was enlightening and very helpful.I would recommend his company’s service.

The two technicians, Beau and Cam, arrived at the scheduled time got straight on with their work and had the issue I was having sorted and repaired in under 1.5 hours. I have been using Eastern Solar for a few years now, every 2 yrs they visit to clean and service the system. They are punctual / courteous and at the end give you feed back on what they have found, take before and after photos of the panels. You then get an email of the report showing how your solar system is doing. Great Company and a great price. Certainly recommend them

I had Eastern Solar perform a maintenance check on my Solar system and clean the panels. They did a very good job at a reasonable price and everyone I dealt with (Daniel, Adam and Beau) were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their service
