Sharni and Grant are both very knowledgeable, good at what they do and understand that we all lead busy lives so they tailor their services and advice to what will suit me,. They have kept me competing at a high level for many years now and I highly recommend them. They listen!

Great if you feel like being covered in oil for 30min and paying for an hour remedial massage. Inexperienced staff that need far more training before being let to practice.
