The change in the way you have to shop now in Coles can get a little confusing. If people are familiar with places like crisco mega marts it's a lot like that. Be sure to check the pricing correctly on all your products as I myself got caught out with this. They warn you they charge you by the KG in big writing and the amount at checkout is printed alot smaller. So when you get to the checkout what you think your paying is not the extra amount your charged. It's sneaky and very effective! Myself grabbing a ham thinking I was paying $22 @ checkout $54

Prices are good, the store is clean, and the employees are usually polite and be willing to help. Sometimes you will find shelves being stocked at busy times, and many of the walkways and aisles are hard to navigate due to end of aisle displays making things narrow.The main downside is the lack of parking and the fact that you have to walk back to the front of the store to put trolleys away. If it wasn't for the carpark situation I would shop here more.
