My daughter has done her nails with tips first time in her life and within 24 hours all of them fell off. We are traveling and left the town. After long battle during 2 days about no refund policy" which is not allowed in Australia

I’ve been going to shine nails for over a decade. Tina is such an excellent nail technician. Very fast and precise also expert at nail art. I highly recommend Shine Nails.5 stars ⭐️

Booked an appointment for acrylic extensions removal and shellac removal off my toes. I just wanted normal polish painted back on cause I’m traveling and it’s easier to maintain. I went in to have my acrylics literally peeled off my nails! No acetone or filing used and my nails felt paper thin by the end. At the end she told me it’s $90!! What an actual scam. She destroyed my natural nails and then told me I owe them $90. $25 each for removal on toes and fingernails and then $20 each for painting with a normal polish. I could have literally bought a whole 3 bottles of nail polish and done it myself if I knew how terrible they would do it and how much of a rip off it would have been. Such a joke - I don’t recommend this place at all!

I have been going to Shine for some time now, Tina does my nails perfectly everytime, she is lovely and always books me in without any worries.

I can’t believe how many one star reviews there are! I’m from Brisbane city and Tina was amazing. She really cared about symmetry and always checked to make sure I was happy and felt good. Wonderful job from very lovely ladies

I have been going to Shine Nail Bar since it opened and have had the odd hiccup and have discussed it with Tina and all issues were resolved.To be honest if some of you people said something at the time then, I would never have seen the nasty and aggressive comments.Be nice and you get nice in return.And last but not least!The cleanliness has been great so I am not sure what salon you are going to.They are Covid safe! are you?

I have been using Shine Nail Bar now for 11 Years and I am very satisfied with their service. The girls have been always very kind and more than willing at no extra cost to fix any (very rare) issues I have had - Thank you for your great service girls:)

Tina and the team are amazing. I have had my nails done at many different places over the years but since finding Tina I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. She is a perfectionist and takes pride in her job. I always know that I will have beautiful nails when Tina does them.

I was a regular client having my nails done every 3 weeks, I brought my aunt and mother when they visited and my daughter when she was in town I was always happy with my nails. About three visits ago I noticed a distinct change in the attitude of the girl Tina who did my nails, I asked her to be careful with my hand due to a problem with arthritis, at one stage I had to snatch my hand back and be quite firm for her to be gentle. On the next visit she said I was a half hour late but I believed that I was on time, she was standoffish all appointment and made me feel terrible and I’m sorry there was obviously a mix up I suggested that maybe she put the time on a card in future so that there was no mix up. Now today I go to make an appointment for myself and my mother to be told that I had to turn up 15minutes before the appointment or she would consider that we were not going to show up. I said if my appointment time was for 11:30am then I would be there at 11:30am if she wanted me there at 11:15 then I expected that my appointment time would be 11:15. If I could not attend then I would phone. Tina was not happy with this. Quite frankly I don’t need to be at your salon feeling bad because of your grumpy disposition. As frustrating as it is that people do not turn up for their appointments it is for you to manage their future appointments not to inconvenience other customers who are working to time schedules. Two years every 3 weeks and I recommended you to many people to be treated so rudely was the last straw and I will never be back.
