The service was good but I found the communication lacking. I had to call them multiple times myself to find out my car wouldn't be ready until the next day and had to call again the following day to find out what time that would be. I also did not receive a follow up call to give me a quote on the repairs and didn't find out how much until I came to pick up the car

Just want to say a big thank you to Preet, pronounced Peter I was told. He looked after me from the first call right through to the car being repaired. Made room for my car after it broke down and had to be towed over. Preet tried to keep my repair cost at a minimum, was able to order all parts needed and completed the repairs 2 days earlier than originally scheduled. Both on the phone and in person, Preet was very friendly, patient and professional. Glad to have found a local mechanic and will definitely be bringing the car in for future services and needs.

PREET AND THE BOYS @ XCEED AUTO CARE WERE FANTASTIC. They lifted my Subaru Outback 2014 , supplied & fitted some dynamic steelies and bfgoodrich tyres perfectly. They were very patient with my needs with testing wheels, offsets etc so that I would make the right choices.Excellent customer service which I reward with more business and referrals. I am really happy with the service and expertise from Preet and David at Xceed Auto Care. They upgraded my suspension and assisted with fitting in much larger tyres. Everyone is very impressed with my car and it is driving much better with less body roll. A very happy customer and I highly recommend for all off road and 4x4 needs.

David and his team are the friendliest and most efficient mechanics I have ever met. I have been taking my car to get serviced at Xceed for over five years now and always leave feeling confident in the service. They are very reasonably priced and are honest with you about what your car needs. They let you know when something will need to be done in the future. They communicate with the customer very well. My 11 year old car leaves Xceed feeling like brand new. Would highly recommend to anyone!
