For paed blood tests the beautiful staff at ACT pathology - TCH are the people to see! We had the best experience today with our 4 month old. So efficient, professional and highly skilled.

A zero star rating after the treatment I had. The counter staff was so rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't process my test because my doctor made an obvious typo on the request date of the form (Jan 2021) issued to me at my GP visit in Dec 2021. People get the correct year wrong in Jan all the time. Provided the evidence from Medicare and she still would not acknowledge human error. Instead I'm told to get another form from the GP who is shut over January. I am on medication and need to have my blood levels monitored regularly so I do not miscarry and lose another baby!

Always friendly and patient and strifing for correctness. Parking always an issue but I found a 30min space outside- but who can do anything in 30 minutes.

The staff were absolutely wonderful performing a blood test on my four year old. The staff made my daughter feel very comfortable and rewarded her for being so brave!

Staff were wonderful with my infant twins, and went out of their way to make them comfortable, including playing their favourite songs! They also gave them awesome hand-knitted toys as a present for being brave.

I donate blood and plasma as often as I can and Sara barely made me feel a pinch when taking my blood. Clearly very great at her job, very professional, kind and welcoming.Thank you

The lady who tested me was one of the rudest humans I have ever meet, she made me feel super uncomfortable and was condescending and aggressive towards me the whole time. I left feel disrespect and mistreated and would never go back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
