Can’t rate them highly enough. I’ve used them now 4 times and about to go again with a shipment of our stuff from overseas. These guys work hard and look after your possessions like they are their own.

Dave and the team have moved us twice in a year. Both times he was brilliant. I just gave them two sets of keys in the morning and they did the rest, including overcoming some very tricky access issues.

Be careful - completely unreliable! Very honest and trustworthy packers. They happened to find amounts of cash and jewellery and handed them over promptly to us. They were clean, quiet and diligent.

a true local if every there was a local , Dav from Balmain removels is it , hes been in balmain for over 25 years and knows its crazy streets inside out ,the man handels his truck like a surgen , and his staff are all friendly and STRONG , hasnt changed his price for as long as i can remeber , a great move at a great rate

We used BR recently, which was nothing but disappointing. I was told on the phone they had 20 years experience and had serviced the Balmain area for years. On the day of moving, we had two Argentinian backpackers arrive, one had been in the country for 3 months, the other 3 days. David might have 20 years experience, but not the guys doing the work, they were lucky to even speak English.The two workers didnt care, they were rough and had no experience about how to carry furniture, resulting in marks on the wall and a broken set of draws.Very unprofessional way to run a business and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service from David and his team I couldn't fault them at.their truck broke down before it got to me but no worries they still turned up with alternative transport and got the job done!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.I moved out of one place, stored my furniture for a week then delivered to my new address. On both occasions they had charged me extra and the excuses as to why were unbelievable. Firstly they didn't bring a truck big enough so to unload then come back and reload was at my cost. They told me it was my fault because I didn't tell them what furniture I had (which I in fact did tell them) let alone that I requested a quote from the outset which they claim they are too busy and don't have time to do. On the second trip, the storage facility were resealing their driveway so access had to be via 'the back' which would take longer and of course, this is my problem somehow.When I questioned these additional costs, I was told I was a difficult customer and must have personal problems going on in my life for being this difficult.Absolutely do not recommend this mob. They only caused me more stress on an occasion that is stressful enough as it is.

Expensive and very rough with our furniture. Multiple items smashed, scratched and chunks taken out of walls. They worked hard but not enough care was taken.

Highly not recommended!!! They rude and not professional!!! He hired two young boys and they don’t even know how to move and the job can finish within 4hours but end up 6 hours. They left a huge scratches on my timber floor.
