I usually love going here but a lady named “Kate” answered my phone call today when I tried to book and she was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. She was yelling to people as I was on the phone and not helpful whatsoever. I’m not usually someone to post a bad review but that treatment towards someone who was a regular customer was incomprehensible.

I absolutely love this salon! I’m lucky enough to have Sarah as my hairdresser, she is amazing! Not only do I go to RT but so does my Mum and my Grandma. We love this company. Can not recommend it highly enough.

Unorganised mess. Book an appointment to turn up to oh sorry we don't have that product in stock. Disappointed to say the least. First impressions last.
