Such a very bad experience in just starting.I opened a small pizza and kabab business and wanted to sign with Moco. I was calling them three days in a row and always keep my details. The person on call tells me that someone call me back for my inquiry. But its never happened. So, despondent.Please don't do this with someone alse

Worst supplier ever! Missing and damaged items, irresponsible drivers, hopeless customer service, overcharge etc., you name it! Everywhere is under staffed, don’t use the same excuse over and over again! Do yourself a favor, avoid this company. Other suppliers don’t mess up like MOCO does!

To the absolute tosser driving the truck with the rego XQ27JP, you deserve to lose your job because you’re a liability behind the wheel! You flew up behind us and cut us off trying to merge onto the Bruce highway from the D’Aguilar exit where the road works are. I had to slam on my breaks and was lucky enough to not smash into the concrete barrier! I had my 9 week old son in the car you flog!

Our small business in South Brisbane has the best experience with Josh (previous driver) and Locky/Lachlan (current driver). They’re always in time, sometimes earlier, always super smiley and bring positive vibe.Bad experience comes from the warehouse people keep putting the wrong tags on the wrong items, leading to driver delivering the wrong products. Lucky the office ladies are often very fast at finding solutions for us.Overall, I would still give 5 stars because of Josh and Locky. Thank you for always take care of us!

A really poor experience. Service has deteriorated to appalling levels to the point they can't be trusted.11/4/23The delivery service is still shocking with no improvement. Would not recommend.

If you would like only half of the stock you ordered come in. And if you want your delivery to maybe not show up at all and with a complete lack of customer service and support or maybe you want to be told by your rep that he is to busy to help!! If want all your functions to fall apart, if you want your products delivered damaged or smashed then by all means sign up to moco food services they excel at these things. Given that I know for a fact that I know that my so called rep was a ex chef I would hang my head in shame that you represent this pathetic company home. I’d give you minus 10 if I could. 25 years as a chef by far the worst!!!!

15 years as a chef and I have never been let down by a supplier so much! Never on time, always during rush hour of service, orders half missing or serverly damaged! Customer service doesn't not exist with this company!

Service levels have deteriorated to appauling levels. The drama associated with dealing with moco would make for a soap opera. It is a comedy of errors and it doesn't seem to be improving any time fast. Cost of goods is now high and not very competitive, packing and delivery service is shocking, untrustworthy as charged for damaged goods and not credited despite several communications. The app is now unreliable as stock that is listed is just not delivered and shows unavailability the following day. Costco is cheaper for many products and a better option at present. Would steer away from moco.

This will be the end of moco. Last 6 months they have not delivered and cancelled our order over and over again. and we have closed our business because they won’t deliver and keep feeding excuses like we are short on drivers. No communication or heads up just don’t deliver and say I don’t know what happened. Everyone is this industry is sick of this company and it’s time to sit back and watch them continue to lose accounts till they finally end up where they serve to be. Closed for good !!!
