Shout out to the deli staffs, especially the deli manager leeann. She was very friendly and helpful. Very tidy store

Safety hazards and rubbish left in walk ways or aisles blocked by pallets at peak shopping times manager never calls when you request for a call back and duty manage is rude and never cares was once a great shop now gone to sh@t due to poor management and always out of stock when things are on special and staff refuse to give rain checks. Deli is always packing up or packed up by 7pm even they have 3 hours of trade left only good thing is some of the staff are nice and helpful but not many left now

Whoever runs coles Darwin, can you please train the northlakes staff to stock up now and then? Can never get the premade salad unless I go to the city

Click and collect is an absolute waste of time. Secured a 10am-12pm time slot, received the notification that order was ready at 10 and waited in the collection bay over 45 minutes only to receive an SMS at 10.47am that it would be 'delayed past 10.30'. The desk staff were unhelpful, and simply told us to wait while the items were being shopped for. Between the lack of and misleading communication and dreadful parking lot we will not be returning.

Small supermarket but very convenient. Great array of little shops around it. Plenty of roofed parking and friendly staff

Grubby disorganised store. Coles brand salmon had weird white spots. Pickles have been truly cooked by the warehouse storage.Go elsewhere. Not a great Coles by any means.
