Beyond AMAZING service and the quality of the flowers were terrific! Called with only 20mins to get flowers ordered and delivered, after my original order (from a different florist) was not going to get there in time.They went above and beyond to help me... and all of this was on Valentine's Day!!!!

Our personalised Baby basket was delivered to our daughter this afternoon and it is gorgeous, she was thrilled to bits. I would totally recommend Village flowers and gifts. The Miffy teddy was a hit. Many Thanks.

Dreadful experience. Went to this florist thinking I would get better quality of flowers than Woolworths for a gift for my mum. Was so embarrassed when I unwrapped flowers for my mum to put them in a vase, the petals started coming off the bouquet I purchased. Upon closer observation, some of the main flowers had brownish tinges on many of the petals Called the store, lukewarm response but was told they would exchange" the bouquet. More embarrassment as my mum then had to return to exchange the flowers. Put flowers in plastic bag to return to florist so that the dropping petals wouldn't go into my mums car or all over the shopping centre into the florist. Staff member at the florist told my mum " You know you aren't supposed to put fresh flowers in a plastic bag". Mum showed her the petals falling off the flowers when she took them out of the bag. Replaced the big flowers with the brownish tinged petals with some "fresher ones" from the fridge (which had less brownish petals) and replaced some of the fillers for the bouquet. Not quite good enough as when I went there that evening to see the "exchanged" bouquet I saw the fillers had begun to wilt and drop. Turned out the bouquet lasted 3 days. No flower food given either. At least at Woolworths it is clearly labelled when the flowers are a little old

They provided lovely flowers for my wedding ceremony. Affordable and at short notice. I was happy with the service!

If I could give it less than 1, I would!It used to deliver good quality but no more! Perhaps this because as the lady said when I rang to complain and seek a situation, “We are closing at the end of the month!”And…. So it seems that anything is good enough now!We ordered a pretty rose corsage with ribbons for his date at a school formal. When my teen went to collect it they told him that “…we couldn’t get roses so we used orchids.”That would seem reasonable but the corsage was the most minute thing I have ever seen.No ribbons just a grey band to attach, “…. because we don’t do ribbons!”Well they do as we have got ribbons before!“Please could you put it at least on a beaded band?” Would have been nice to have had this discussion WHEN he ordered it rather than when he collected it!“No we are out of them!”I rang when he brought it home distressed and they were singularly unhelpful!The result was an 11th hour dash to another florist!!Totally unimpressed!Buyer beware!

We ordered bunches of flowers and greenery through Village Flowers & Gifts for our engagement party and were so impressed by the quality of the flowers and their customer service. We initially went in with a colour scheme but didn't know what we were after, and the woman at the counter was amazing in helping us achieve our vision - she provided us with some fantastic ideas and really went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we were after. Unfortunately on the day of, the greenery that had been delivered to them was not up to normal standard and therefore they provided us with substitute greenery at no extra cost. Although it wasn't what we had ordered, it still looked stunning in the vase and we're so grateful that they were so accommodating. Thanks again!!

These guys are great I wanted to send my wife flowers, I did it over the phone it was really easy and the flowers got there on time and looked great.
