Metricons are one of the best builders in SA. Their homes are awesome, however i have not built one from them. I have visited their display homes at different locations around adelaide.

I used to like some metricon designs on paper but their display homes look like chinese knock offs of a good product, you can tell how this place will start to look terrible after a couple of years, if their display homes are that bad can you imagine what they will do with your home. We also had a bad experience with the agent who with 5 minutes before close was using the bathroom with the door opened, was startled when we walked in and yelled out at us that he was closed and that he had a dinner date to go too... The signs were out, the doors were open and it wasn't close time yet... Disgusting experience and we went with another builder..

seriously metricon is one of the worst builders we have in sa.. They are so up them self and way way to over price. There sales people have no idea what they are talking about and they already lie to your face.. I don't understand why so many people build with them.. We went straight to dechellis homes and they are 100 percent better then metricon..
