Excellent service and professionalism by everyone who works at Flexible. My machine took a couple of weeks to get repaired but it was repaired correctly which was the main thing.

Dealing with this joint is like using a spoon to carve an anime waifu out of stone - it's horrendous and hardly even worth it. Not a fan at all, and the area they're based in stinks!

I'm loath to even give one star. Brought in for minor warranty repair for my Saeco machine, as this place was recommended by Saeco. Thought I'd get it descaled and serviced there as well. 2 weeks after brought home the O rings go and it is non functional. When I take it back in and ask why this was not attended to during the service I paid for, they feed me some BS about cockroaches eating the rubber within 2 weeks of them putting new ones in. More likely they didn't service properly in first place. Can't recommend skipping these jokers enough.
