Fantastic service every time I come in here. I’m as indecisive as they come and they girls are always patient and happy to help! I only wish they were a bigger store with even more choice :)

Amazing customer service, very tidy store and helpful staff. The young blonde girl who helped me and my sister find some boots was so helpful, literally went out of her way to make sure we Had the best help. I feel terrible for not remembering her name but she was super helpful

I was incredibly impressed by the service at Horseland Strathpine. I had communicated by phone to check stock & ensure that when we came in they were aware that our child has a disability. The manager & staff went above and beyond to make our in-store experience pleasant. Thank you.

Very lovely staff working the day I went in, one lady had an extensive Akubra knowledge and helped me look through what I wanted for my next hat. They were all able to turn a chain into what felt like a local and traditional family ran business.
