Absolutely terrible service. I would highly recommend you do not use them. Terrible service. There are better service related and more competitive companies out there. I highly recommend you look at alternative suppliers.

The worst duct cleaning company in Australia. They charge like a wounded bull and deliver absolutely garbage quality! Look elsewhere if you’re looking for value for money and a company that actually cleans your exhaust system to Australian standards.

Called in January to update my direct debit information, unfortunately, their staff updated my details under other business which means I paid for other business for 2 months.After I found this, I called on 29th March, one of lady from account department picked up my phone without any help and cut off my phone straight away because of her baby is crying all the time while she is talking to me. I called back many many time she just won’t pick up the phone call anymore.I have to keep calling until Win whom from finance department she picked up the phone and helped fix the mistake. I do understand a lot of business are working from home, but can’t mix with personal stuffs while working. If there’s more staff like Win, there will be more positive feedback.

Unprofessional customer service

I am very disappointed and shocked this company only accepts direct deposit or recurring credit card transactions as acceptable methods of payment. I would like to pay for this service in my normal billing cycle and am even happy to pay in advance, but allowing you to debit and then charge me if the payment isn't made is unacceptable. Allow me to control my payments as appropriate. If you would provide your bank details to me for direct deposit or provide bpay services, I will sign up today, but these insecure methods of payment are open to abuse and are just inappropriate. There is no practical reason for you to limit paying options. Please reach out if you change your policy on payments. Thanks.
