I decided to pamper myself with a deluxe 1 hr facial that was Fabulous! The staff were both friendly and professional. Two ladies massaged my arms and legs as my collagen mask was allowed to do it’s work. I was served herbal tea and fruit after the service..the head massage was amazing, but don’t plan to go out after because are applied to the head as well as face. A thoroughly relaxing experience!

the girls are lovely but the work no is really good because the paint that they used in my feet was dry and in my gel manicure ( 3 week of duration) next day was came off. they fix it for me but the work was really faster and wasn't so good

Had an ear waxing done at the Victoria Street store by the owner. What a lovely lady and an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Finally a great wax!!! So happy with the work from Victoria St salon. So sad I'm travelling and can't have Shannon as my regular wax therapist. Still feeling smooth many days later which proves 100% it's a professional job. No patches, no stubble. Shannon made me feel very comfortable an at ease and was very professional. Been waxing all my life and I'm over 50. Best wax in a VERY long time. Thanks!!

First impressions, I thought this place was an incense shop due to the aroma coming out. I was pointed in the direction of this place from the lovely information desk ladies (thank you). I felt really relaxed during the entire time. I was there for eyebrows, overall it was a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the banter with the beautician who took great care of me. I usually get threaded but didn't know where to go. The waxing was painless in my opinion, the only critic is one of my eyebrows were slightly shorter then the other. Perhaps a little more discussion around thickness etc to be shared with customers. Overall, I like the place and will most likely be back for a touch up. Would love to explore waxing legs and how this treatment goes.

Had my first ever Brazilian with Stacey. I was beside myself with anxiety walking in, took me 2 days to even book. I am so glad I did though and cannot thank Stacey enough, within 10 minutes I felt comfortable. I even had a few giggles with her.Its hard to feel safe and respected in such a vulnerable position and Stacey managed to accomplish that while being a professional and still down to earth. Pain was minimal which is testament to her skills and knowledge. If your thinking of doing this or similar these are the people to see.I cannot recommend highly enough and will be back soon. Thank you all so very very much.

I've been going to the WaxPot for a while & have been very happy with Nasa, Tina(owner) & today Tameeka did my waxing...she is an absolute gem, very professional & just a lovely lady.Great salon . Great people.

Lovely staff, got in without an appointment and they fit me in shortly after. That was the best brazilian wax I ever had. Very professionell, perfect result and a good chat :) I would definitely come back if I wasn't traveling. Thanks a lot :)
