Lolo and her team at Trendell & Turner Travel Associates have been looking after my families travel for many years. They have a world of experience with hardly a spot on the globe someone in the office hasn’t been to. Lolo knows exactly what we like when we travel which equates to hassle free holidays that are tailored perfectly. We especially enjoy going to Lolo with just dates and a blank itinerary and seeing what she comes up with. They also keep up with the times with the Travel Associates app meaning we have every document and our itinerary on our phones and easily at hand at check in. The bonus Chat feature on the app means if we have any questions we are instantly in contact with the office. Timely reminders always arrive when action is required by us such as a visa application or like. Now more than ever having such a travel agent means the hassle is taken out of the planning and knowing what you’ve booked is guaranteed when you get there.

Lolo arranged our amazing family trip to Canadá and I can’t fault her in any way. From the booking stage with advice and suggestions, including reminders before we went, were exactly what we needed. She was always responsive and helpful whenever it was required. Our trip would not have been what it was without her experience and knowledge. She also helped our eldest daughter plan and book her first major OS trip to South and Central America, which was a great relief to us. She coordinated our daughter’s trip to link into ours seamlessly, even though it was not easy whatsoever! It was so good to be really out of lockdown and travelling in Europe. After having a trip cancelled, they did a great job getting as many credits and refunds possible. This trip on the Danube, train to Belgium and London required good coordination which they did as well as quickly addressing any minor hiccups that are bound to occur. I thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from our agent, Lolo at Manly. We felt valued & confident with all our travel plans she efficiently organised for our Canada/Alaska holiday. With the many Covid travel restrictions in place our 2020 trip was on hold until August 2022 but we always felt assured that Lolo would help it become a reality. Every itinerary detail went according to plan & all our flights went through without a hitch. I have no hesitation in recommending Lolo as your travel agent.

This was the first time I had used a travel agent and WOW! We will use Kylie and the team again. The holiday from start to finish was amazing. Brad is a phenomenal travel agent! His level of expertise is worth every dollar for the extra mile he always goes. From the ease of booking, to explaining why he recommends certain things to his after care. He is always very thorough and straight shooting too! There is so much choice these days I always appreciate that Brad will give me his genuine advice and assist me with no request not matter how large or small. Wow. What great travel agency!!Kylie has been nothing short of fantastic.!! She organised 2 weeks of a fantastic itinerary for us on our first visit to Australia.From rain forest to beaches to sightseeing. Train journeys and animal sanctuaries.She was so helpful and has great knowledge worldwide and local.Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always on hand if we had questions.I highly recommend Kylie at Trendell and Turner Travel Associates.Thank you Kylie for giving us confidence to travel again after covid.

Lolo at Trendell and Turner took the stress out of organising our recent visit to Canada. Our cruise booking, flights and insurance was all taken care of with patience and efficiency. What was even better we could email Lolo while we were overseas and have her upgrade our flight home when serious illness made that necessary. In 20 years of travelling this is the first time we have used a travel agent and having Lolo on side with all her travel knowledge made it a great holiday (even with illness along the way) Thank you Lolo.

Lolo from Trendell and Turner advised us perfectly for a wonderful 10 day stay in Christchurch. We have used Lolo’s services for a number of years and she has never steered us wrong. Our accomodation this time was faultless - the perfect location within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and bars and was set up ideally to cater for 4 couples. One of the highlights was a Milford Sound trip that Lolo recommended. The tour guide, bus and boat trip were 5 star. I cannot recommend Trendell and Turner more highly.
