Extremely disappointed. Overpriced cabinetry and appliances that have a poor finishing - these literally look cheap. Bunnings have better stuff, so you can have an idea.Designer cannot even design a cabinet that fits wine and champagne glasses. Most of the measurements are incorrect, including cabinetry and benchtop - this was even pointed out by the installer.They lied about delivery and installation times just to win the contract (we were quoting with other companies).There was a massive delay in completing my project, no communication whatsoever.They demolished my kitchen without having my appliances in stock so we had to order food for ten days and spend 1k; no compensation was offered for their mistake.They didn't even apologised nor tried to rectify any issues.I strongly do NOT recommend Freedom Kitchens.**Update: signed the contract in April 2022. Installation commenced in October 2022 and I have been having several issues since then. It's February 2023 and I still don't have a functional kitchen - exhaust fan and oven don't work, they didn't deliver some cabinetry parts, others were delivered with the incorrect size or colour, they don't reply to my emails nor call me back. Absolutely disgusting!!

I have never received such poor customer service and I do not recommend Freedom Kitchens.I had to renovate my kitchen after my whole apartment was flooded and booked Freedom Kitchens for a design quote. The designer stood in my damaged apartment and kitchen as I explained that I needed to get the renovation underway as soon as possible. It then took 4 weeks to try to get the quote and the design from this designer, with me calling every week asking for it and getting nonsense from the designer that she had sent it, but her email had bounced back, and still no quote.Freedom Kitchens finally made the call to send another designer out to give me a design and quote and walk me through all of the costings. After spending time with the second designer, they then told me that they couldn't give me a quote and I had to go with my previous designer. I tried to explain the situation and that Freedom had sent them out just so I could get a proper quote and design, and asked them to call their manager to confirm, but they refused because they said they would not get paid if they did the design.This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and chasing Freedom Kitchens up just added stress to an already stressful period. Based on the other reviews it seems that poor customer service is just part of their business model, and I think I am lucky to have gotten it from the beginning so that I didn't sign any contract and hand over any money.There are so many other great kitchen renovation companies that are comparable on price, provide better quality cabinetry and actually care about their customers, so shop around.

After reading all the reviews I am surprised to hear about other clients disappointment. We had great communication and an amazing quality kitchen at the end. We used our own electrician, plumber and used their installer, the installer was great to deal with but the owner of the building company was rude and arrogant: If you choose Freedom Kitchens, who I personally think have an amazing product, just use your own trades. There were delays, but that was to be expected due to covid, we were waiting for windows and doors longer then the kitchen.

Did the free design consult. Be warned it’s 3hrs of your time, going through lots of detail to design your kitchen in full. You’ll be shown a design and given a quote. This is all great until they try to pressure you to sign on the spot. If you don’t sign on the spot, you don’t get your plans that you spent an excruciating 3hrs on with a stranger in your house. We didn’t sign because we couldn’t do to an insurance claim and I flagged this when setting up the appointment prior. They didn’t once tell me that we couldn’t get that design after the session and on the day the consultant said he would send it through. We of course don’t expect a detailed design we could take somewhere else but an idea of it would be fine and not mean it’s a complete waste of 3hrs. After not receiving an email with the promised plan by the design consultant, I called to follow up and got a blunt “no that’s company policy”. If that’s company policy, no worries, but flag it when I’m setting up the appointment and have told you I can’t sign on the day due to an insurance claim. Thank you freedom kitchens for lying, wasting my time and being rude. Won’t be using your services.

The sales team do a great job of presenting a full service but it’s no where near. Shortlist of complaints: Constantly had to chase installers, parts missing, poor quality, ill fitting cabinets, had to arrange tiling ourselves despite it being part of the service, took 10 months from initial deposit until the kitchen was finally complete. No after sales support.

PLEASE DO NOT USE FREEDOM.Designers are incompetent and tell you can have things until you commit to them with a deposit then change your plans and get you to sign off on it without even knowing.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC if they want to msg you they send you a msg to say there is a message in the Portal. Even there Customer Service Manager after many issues we had tried to help once but then he went missing and brushes you off to another unhelpful employee. After deposit and designer disappears no one at Freedom will know anything about your kitchen. They sub out everything and only make the cabinets so once they have the money upfront they couldn't care less. No follow up after kitchen done but we did have a great installer (not from freedom) was the only positive. We have corner cupboards with a 20mm gap in between that we wanted fixed but oh no they will send you a link for you to do even though there will then be a gap on the other side. I could go on with about 10-15 other issues but running out of room.PLEASE save yourself the pain and frustration in what is an already stressful situation getting your house renovated and do not use FREEDOM.

4 months after installation of our new kitchen our oven (that was sold to us by freedom) has had multiple issues. We have waiting over 7 months for any kind of resolution and have nothing to show for it. I’ve rang countless times, communicated dozens of messages through their online correspondence only to go back n forth, blame games between freedom and their suppliers. I am now told to chase it up with the oven supplier. The supplier says this is ongoing issue with Freedoms cabinet installation being installed wrong. While they bicker and go back and forth on who is at fault, no resolution or repairs. I have no other option but to chase the supplier and they are now preparing a 3rd party inspection to back their claim at not being at fault.Meanwhile we have a jagged piece of metal hanging off our oven door and a toddler in the house. 7 months and nothing! Today I rang to give them a chance to give me a resolution and I got nothing but rude and condescending customer service.Customer service -5 stars

Disaster from start to finish (though after 5 months my kitchen is still not finished!!). Don't use Freedom unless you want to spend hours chasing them.Main issues:- Designer promised all kinds of things that weren't actually possible.- Trades cost 3 times what I was quoted by the designer.- Trades recommended by Freedom are unreliable.- Passed from person to person every time I had an issue with no ownership / care shown by Freedom- Contract clearly stated 4-6 weeks delivery. As soon as I signed, the next correspondance had changed to 6-8 weeks without anyone bringing that to my attention. (Covid delays were the reason stated though I signed in May 2022 so I'm not sure how these were not factored into Freedom's contract at that stage!!)Overall terrible experience. Regret using Freedom. Do not recommend.

-Do not use freedom kitchens, they sell you the dream about fancy kitchens like the ones on the block, but they are a terrible business to deal with, care-factor is zero.-They make sure you pay the full amount for the supply cabinets, then you are left to deal with them, the kitchen & stone installer separately.-No one takes responsibility & you are left to deal with the issues, half the time you log into a portal & can’t get anyone in the phone.-We have been without a kitchen for 4 months, -Apparently only 1 guy looks after quality issues for the whole NSW state.-original estimate of install fees now nearly double when install commences, requesting upfront payment prior to works even commenced.-At the stage now will have to cut all ties with them & engage another company to complete the works.
