Ordered an iPhone 12 but never received a purchase email, had to spend hours on chat w someone who didn’t have English as a 1st language, they eventually told me it was an import, and now I can’t get a flip case to fit, I’ve sent all the specs to 1/2 dozen sellers and they don’t have one to fit, can add some filler to the case to make it fit. Didnt get a sim pen too remove old sim from my phone. Keep ringing up to find out if I’m satisfied, well I AM NOT

Do not buy from this company. Paid for Brand New received it with open damaged box and different colour. They won't reply back to my emails. Spoke to someone that can't understand what I say and he only says we will call you back. Never happen. Don't waste your money. They haven't called me back, it has been 2 weeks, or emailed me.

I ordered a Stream Deck from Skyphones, and it came within days! The device is stuff is completely perfect and works well without any issues. The packaging was great and secure! The price was great compared to other retail stores online. Would recommend buying from Skyphonez!!!!

I ordered a new phone for my daughters birthday, it arrived within three days. The box was unopened and the phone was the colour we have ordered. No complaints otherwise.

I purchased a 2nd hand iPhone and it initially didn’t work and the team responded promptly and offered a solution without hesitation. I left the phone on charge overnight and it started to work, so I didn’t need to send it back. The team have been amazing to deal with and definitely have instilled trust and will be happy to buy from them again.

I rarely do a Google review (even though our Healthy Dog Treats online store could do with a few more) ... That said, this is the first refurb phone I have purchased via catch, and I went for the 'Grade A' type. I read what it was supposed to be in the description, but was amazed that it arrived within two days (in melbourne), and was just like new. Smart Switch Samsung app had my old broken screen phone cloned quick enough. High Praise to Skyphonez for delivering more than expected ! Cheers Bruce

I ordered a phone through the website. After not receiving a post conformation after a week I called to see what was happening. They had lost my money / payment. I got conformation from bank it had gone through. It took 4 week and compliments to ACCC for them to suddenly find my money. After 4 1/2 weeks the phone i ordered is no longer available and they offered a poor quality one for a couple of $ off. Now have to wait another week to get refund.This has been the worst experience i have ever had online shopping.I will defiantly NEVER use SKYPHONEZ again.
