Friendly staff, they measure feet based on length width and posture. Their advice matches my podiatrist’s.They did not have the model I wanted stocked in Mosman but they have it online, and said they can process return in shop if I’m not satisfied.That’s excellent customer service!

Thanks so much to Harriet! I went to the athlete's foot in Chatswood and was shown 2 shoes only, when I asked for other options I was told that I should just choose from those. Harriet was more than happy to show me many different options, explain them and listen to what I wanted from them. Would not hesitate in going back
