Wonderful service. I had needed an urgent script faxed from my doctor in Sydney. When I arrived the prescription was ready and waiting for me. They were very polite and helpful.

The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful when Id been sick with the flu for over a week and isolating from everyone. It made me feel a lot better.

Great service

Two women behind the counter were engrossed in a private conversation while my wife and I waited far too long for them to finish chatting. They saw us waiting and we were the only customers in the shop. The one that eventually served us had a tone that we were interrupting she and her colleague, and throughout our transaction she was sarcastic, condescending and patronising with a supercilious look on her face. I do wonder though, whether she may have had the same attitude having been interrupted or not.Although this shop is closer to us, we will never be back, but will go to Chemist Warehouse at Marcoola. where the staff have a natural and warm friendliness, are always keen to help and of course items are cheaper. Not that the price matters to us, we wanted to do the right thing and use our local shop. It seems what happened to Charles Farley a year ago has come back with a vengeance but with older ones, who think customers are a nuisance for interrupting them and are to be treated with disdain. It was a horrid experience which render this shop's rating at far lower than one star.

Exceptional customer service, the Pharmacists are so helpful and full of good advice on medications and the staff are friendly and efficient, they stock a wide range of products and will order in anything you want also the personal touch is there which you may not find in large chemist shops

Amazing friendly and helpful customer service. Nothing is ever a problem and they will always get products in for you. Added bonus beat flu shot given, very gentle and didn't hurt.
